You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holovine and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and you waive the right to participate in class actions.
